NDIS prices are set by the NDIS price guide. We accept plans that are both self-managed and plan-managed. We do not accept NDIA-managed plans.

MEDICARE

Clients with valid Medicare referrals from their GP are eligible to receive the current Medicare rebate on their fee. Please speak to your local GP for a referral.

Extended Medicare Safety Net

You may not have used the safety net in the past, however this is a great way to receive significant rebates off any allied health appointments, including dietetics.

Thresholds: 

    • General: Once out-of-pocket costs reach $2,615.50 per year for the family, Medicare covers 80% of further costs. 

    • Concession Cardholders and Families Eligible for Family Tax Benefit Part A: Threshold is $834.50.

Notifications: Medicare will inform families approaching the threshold; individuals without dependents are automatically enrolled once the threshold is met.

You can monitor your Medicare Safety Net status through your MyGov account by navigating to the Medicare section and selecting 'Safety Net'.

PRIVATE

Private health insurance is also able to cover significant gaps, please contact your Private Health provider for further information.

You do not need a referral to see a Dietitian. Please fill in our referral form by pressing the Referral Form Button and we will contact you to organise an appointment.

  • NDIS Self & Plan Managed Funds*
